we truly hope you are happy with our products. but if you are unsatisfied with your order, please click here to obtain a return authorization number (RA#).

once the form is completed, print out a copy to mail with your returned merchandise. all returned merchandise must be accompanied by a completed RA# form. we suggest you use a trackable delivery service to return your items, for security reasons.

returns submitted within 15 days of receipt of merchandise may receive a full refund. returns submitted after 15 days but within 30 days of receipt of the order will receive a merchandise credit, good for up to 60 days from date issued.

shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.

NOTE: bcause i said so™ will only accept new, unused, unwashed merchandise for return or exchange. damaged merchandise must be accompanied by a description.
