sales tax and payments

uncle sam requires that we collect sales tax in NY and OH, so the appropriate amount will be calculated in your shopping cart. by placing an order, you accept full responsibility to pay for the requested items. we accept american express, visa and mastercard. all information collected is on a secured server, and we work with authorize.net to further ensure the safety and security of your information.

shipping and handling

most orders ship within 1-3 business days, with the exception of personalized mommy calling cards, which take approximately 2-3 weeks for production and delivery. currently, we can only ship within the U.S.A and we cannot ship to p.o. boxes. because shipping and handling fees vary by order, please click here for specific details and rates.

gift cards and gift wrapping

if you're ordering a gift, please be sure to tell us so we can omit pricing from the packing slip. you can also add a customizable gift note for free (be sure to mark the appropriate box during checkout), and if you'd like us to gift wrap your selections, we'll add an additional $4.00 to your order total.

return policy

if you are unsatisfied with your order, please click here to obtain a return authorization number (RA#). once the form is completed, print out a copy to mail with your returned merchandise.

returns submitted within 15 days of receipt of merchandise may receive a full refund. returns submitted after 15 days but within 30 days of receipt of the order will receive a merchandise credit, good for up to 60 days from date issued.

shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
